Hello to all golfers!
Today we talk about a topic that everyone knows, but golf and sport fans still make many mistakes and get things wrong when it comes to warming up and stretching on a daily basis.
When should we warm up and when should we stretch? The answer is very simple, and with this example your doubts will be cleared up.
Imagine a hard and difficult elastic band to stretch (your muscles before exercise), to which we are putting a heat source underneath. Little by little it heats up and it is easier to stretch it, isn’t it?
Well, so do your muscles. After exercise, the muscles receive more blood and increase their temperature, so that the right time do some stretching is at the end of your sport activity.

Logically, then you have to warm up before exercise to prepare the body for movement and prevent injuries.

In golf I always recommend starting with shots of about 50 meters with short irons, and gradually increase, but always listening to the body and with a lot of rhythm, avoiding sudden and violent movements, which can take their toll on us.
