I have many request from my clients/followers about some healthy vegan recipe, so here you go!
I have chosen a super easy asian-vegan recipe, that is super fast to make and very yummy!
You can easily find all the ingredients at Aldi, which is becoming one of my favourite supermarket 🙂
What do we need?
- a pack of refined spelt
- a GutBio soup (you can chose either the orange or the green one,both amazingly good)
- Fresh coriander
- Wok or tandoori spices (GutBio brand)
- Sweet onion
- Coconut oil
While the spelt is boiling, warm up the soup and cut the fresh coriander. Put into the water boiling the spice you have chosen to let it be absorbed by the cereal.
Sligthly fry in a pan the onion with coconut oil and add the spelt when is almost done.
Mix the soup whit the spelt and put the coriander on the top…Voilà
