By putting all colours of peppers in your smoothies and juices, salads and the rest of your meals; take care though not to cook the goodness out of this wonderful raw vegetable. 100g of chopped pepper provides approximately 240mg of vitamin C, compared with 50mg from 100g of oranges!
The RDA (recommended daily amount) is 50-60mg but in winter we need more.
